* Kaplan allowed Chevron to seize protected and privileged documents
* Kaplan violated the First Amendment rights of journalists and others allowing Chevron to seize private emails and other protected documents
* Kaplan refused to allow a jury in the case
* Kaplan decided not to disclose that he owns Chevron stock through several mutual funds
* Kaplan permitted double hearsay testimony from an admitted liar as the key witness for Chevron

Task Force on Systemic Pesticides
Conclusions are clear: these neonicotinoid pesticides are not only highly toxic to bees and other pollinating insects, but they harm birds, aquatic fauna, mammals and almost certainly humans.
This study is one more weapon in the fight against the agrochemical companies that are desperate to secure their billions in profits, and it will be useful to convince European leaders to prohibit, once and for all, these pesticides harmful to pollinators, environment and the food of future generations.
